Local event to feature drug-free 4/20 alternative

EAGLE COUNTY — Local authorities are taking their fourth annual stand against a day designated for smoking dope, and are offering a drug-free alternative.Don’t Get Tied Up With Drugs is a drug-free alternative to 4/20.
