The breaking news in track and field is that we have a new addition to the community — Logan William Parish, born on Tuesday. Kelli and Rob Parish are halfway to a relay team. Riley Walker Parish, be nice to your younger brother.Congratulations to all.With that noted, we break out our first edition of the state 18, a snapshot of where we are in the season.
