Grand jury indicts Breckenridge man on attempted first-degree murder charge

Breckenridge resident Sky Johann Wodraska was indicted by a grand jury on sixteen charges, including “attempted first-degree murder after deliberation,” on Wednesday April 1. The charges stemmed from a March 7 incident, involving a break-in in unincorporated Summit County and the brutal assault of three young girls.The full list of charges includes attempted first-degree murder after deliberation, first-degree assault, first-degree burglary, three counts of second-degree kidnapping, child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury, retaliation against a witness or victim, three counts of menacing, possession of burglary tools, two counts of child abuse, and two counts of violent crime.
