Mitsch Bush bill advances

DENVER — The House passed a bill Tuesday by Rep. Diane Mitsch Bush, D-Steamboat Springs, to extend the income tax checkoff benefiting the Colorado Healthy Rivers Fund through 2020. SUPPORTING RIVERSThe tax checkoff for the fund has been in place since 2003 and allows Colorado taxpayers to contribute a portion of their tax refund to the Healthy Rivers Fund.
