MINTURN — A pickup truck crashed through the front of the Minturn post office when the driver’s foot slipped off the clutch, according to Eagle River Fire Protection District authorities.The accident happened about 12:30 p.m. Thursday.The driver, who has not been named, said his black Ford Ranger pickup jumped the curb and damaged the front of the post office.The driver said his foot slipped off the clutch and the vehicle lurched forward, and jumped the curb.The two occupants of the pickup were uninjured and the airbags did not deploy.
