WESTMONT, ILL. — Vail Hotel Owner ESHV, LLC has announced work is scheduled to begin next week on the new Residence Inn by Marriott — Vail, on North Frontage Road in Vail. The upscale, extended-stay hotel is being developed on the site of the former Roost Lodge Vail. There are currently 630 Residence Inns worldwide, with an additional 131 currently in development. Located along Interstate 70 in West Vail, the extended-stay hotel will feature 176 guest suites outfitted with full kitchens and separate sleeping and living areas.
