Eagle County’s Halloween parties began last weekend and continue today and Friday, with plenty of options for youngsters and, well, those who tend to find their inner child when Halloween comes around. It’s time to dress up and head out one final time before the next great costume party: ski season. Whitewater Ramble takes over Vail on Friday, when the band returns to the Vail Ale House for a special night of “Boo-Grass.” The band adds drum to bluegrass instrumentation, grassing up everything from disco house grooves to roots to Americana.
