EAGLE — A local plumber and grandfather admitted to felony sex assault on a child. Rhett Enlow, 59, pleaded guilty Wednesday to criminal attempt to commit sex assault. Enlow owns and operates Call a Plumber. During Wednesday’s hearing, Enlow’s teenaged victim and his father declined to make a statement. For his part, Enlow attempted to apologize. “I ask that (the boy) and his family accept my apologies. I am extremely sorry,” Enlow said after he pleaded guilty.
