EDWARDS — Amy Scherm never saw anything she wouldn’t attack flat out, including a party, and that explains her cancer fight. Scherm, 31, is a ski instructor, downhill biker, ginger ninja, and costume contest queen. She’s hosting a Bitchin’ Prom Party as a fundraiser, and not something staid. “Cancer,” she says accurately, “sucks!” Thirty-one is not very old, certainly not old enough to be dealing with this.
