AVON — Sarah Smith Hymes has lived in town for 21 years with her husband David — also known as Ten O’Clock Tile, MacGyver, or Uncle Elbows. The couple raised their two sons, Will and Ben, in Avon with “lots of help from Nottingham Park, the Avon Rec Center, No Se Hagan Bolas, Pazzo’s, and the ‘Wildridge Boys,’” she said.
