VAIL — Beginning Friday, the Vail Village Welcome Center will be operated from a temporary location to accommodate a $1.5 million renovation of the facility, which is located on the top deck of the Vail Transportation Center. The renovation includes a 250 square foot expansion of the building’s east side to accommodate the construction of new accessible public restrooms, plus a reconfigured interior and a re-skin of the exterior.
