VAIL — A Vail man was killed when he was swept up in an East Vail car crash early Friday morning. Harold Waymond Adcock III, 30, “Tres” to his friends and colleagues, was dead at the scene from injuries he suffered from the one-car crash in East Vail. Vail Police said they are still investigating how Adcock came to be involved in the accident. He was not a passenger in the vehicle when the driver hit a bridge abutment on South Frontage Road near Aspen Lane in East Vail.
