VAIL —The Vail Police Department will celebrate 50 years of service to the citizens and guests of Vail over the weekend. A number of free community events are scheduled that will reunite past and present police department employees with members of the public.Here’s a look at those events:Saturday• Police Department Open House, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at 75 S.
