Eagle mulls plan for 42 townhomes at Eagle Ranch entrance

EAGLE — Units in the Sylvan Circle project are already being advertised for sale, but the Eagle Town Board isn’t slated to give final approval for the project until July 26.Two weeks ago, members of the town board indicated they didn’t see any fatal flaws in the plan for a 42-unit project located on a 4.67 acre parcel located on the southwest side of the Sylvan Lake roundabout at the entrance to Eagle Ranch.
