WOLCOTT – Let this be a lesson to you: If you’re drive along Interstate 70 with a pickup loaded with stolen ski gear, don’t tailgate and use your turn signal.Nicholas Ryan Broviak, 37, failed on both counts – tailgated and changed lanes without using his turn signal.
