VAIL — The Vail Film Festival presents the first of its Winter Screening Series, the 2016 Oscar Nominated Animated Shorts, on Saturday, Feb. 20, just eight days before the 88th Academy Awards on Feb. 28.This year’s program spans a wide range of countries, including the United States, Chile, Russia and the United Kingdom.
