Avon man and his dog die after vehicle rollover near Keystone

SUMMIT COUNTY — An Avon resident died Sunday after a vehicle accident near Peru Creek east of Keystone.Patrick Fultz, 29, and his dog were ejected when a white Toyota FJ Cruiser rolled over in Warden Gulch. The Summit County Rescue Group responded at 2:12 p.m. to a call about the accident.According to a county sheriff’s office announcement Tuesday afternoon, a Flight For Life crew confirmed Fultz’s death, which was ruled accidental and caused by massive head and internal injuries.
