MINTURN — Vail Valley local Jessica Pereida, 31, was pronounced dead Saturday after sustaining multiple injuries during a car accident. The accident occurred on County Road P14 on Saturday afternoon. County Road P14 is located east of the Eagle River on the north side of Minturn. “She was driving at excessive speeds, lost control of the vehicle and rolled over several times,” said Jessie Mosher, a spokesperson with the Eagle County Sheriff’s Office. “She passed at the scene. … It just sounds like she was driving too quickly and lost control.”Pereida was transporting two passengers at the time, also Minturn …
