Former Ford Home sold at Beaver Creek

BEAVER CREEK — The Stockton Group, a brokerage group and division of Ascent Sotheby’s International Realty, recently closed on the sale of former President Gerald Ford’s former home at Beaver Creek. Located at 65 Elk Track Lane with ski-in, ski-out access, the 11,629 square foot home sold for $6.65 million. The sale price represents one of only four other single-family homes valued at more than $5 million that have been sold in 2015 in Beaver Creek.
