Vail farmers market hosts farm-to-table dinner series

VAIL — New this year, the Vail Farmers’ Market and Art Show will host a Farm to Table Dinner Series featuring award-winning local chefs and farmers from the region in three, not-to-be missed, dinners throughout the summer. The Farm to Table dinners will take place June 26, July 22 and Aug. 7 in the Vail Village Plaza from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Top local chefs will participate at each event and partner with local farmers to showcase and celebrate summer’s freshest local ingredients.To kick off the dinner series, Executive Chef Jay McCarthy from The Vail Chophouse will serve the main …
