VAIL — Kelly Liken, chef and owner of Restaurant Kelly Liken in Vail, announced today that she is selling the restaurant space in the Gateway Building. The last dinner service will take place on Saturday, May 16. “We were offered the opportunity to sell the restaurant space, which gives us the unique ability to explore new and different ways to expand our hospitality brand,” Liken said. “We are actively seeking our next adventure.”Liken explained that Kelly Liken, the brand, is not going anywhere.
