Works of Barbara Holden and family on display in Eagle

EAGLE — During the month of May, Barbara Holden, her son Steve, and daughter-in-law Cindy will exhibit their artwork at the Eagle Public Library, located at 600 Broadway in Eagle. Barbara Holden started drawing and painting while she was studying at Vassar College. Upon graduation she met and married a Scotsman, Stuart Holden, who was in the States as the first Marshal Plan Scholar after World War II. They moved to Britain, where they lived for seven years, adding two sons to the family during that time.
