Battle Mountain girls lacrosse rallies past Eagle Valley, 14-9

GYPSUM — It was a good game, a nice statement about the development of girls lacrosse in Eagle County.Eagle Valley led cross-county rival Battle Mountain, 7-6, at halftime before the Huskies surged to a 14-9 victory on Tuesday in Gypsum.Maddie Berger led the rally with five goals in all, while Haley Frischholz had the hat trick for the Huskies.
