Marc David DesRosiers passed away unexpectedly near his home in Gypsum on Sunday morning. He was 42.An avid cyclist and runner, Marc’s greatest passions were his family, friends and living life to the fullest.DesRosiers was the founding partner of Optimum Events & Entertainment, a festival management company based out of Vail. Marc was previously an owner of Whirled Peas Catering, Big Delicious Catering and Happy Valley Grill.Born in Detroit, Marc attended Olivet Nazarene University and Eastern Michigan University.
