Vail crepe business opens in February

VAIL — Vail locals and guests will have a new grab-and-go and late night dining option beginning in early February. Crespelle, Italian for crepe, is a new “pop-up” restaurant concept slated to open Feb. 4 in the space formerly occupied by the Ore House in the Gorsuch Building, just over the bridge on Bridge Street.
