New crepe stand pops up in Vail

VAIL — Vail locals and guests will have a new grab-and-go and late-night dining option beginning in early February. Crespelle, Italian for crepe, is a new “pop up” restaurant concept slated to open Feb. 4 in the space formerly occupied by the Ore House in the Gorsuch building just over the bridge on Bridge Street.
