MINTURN — The suspect in Monday’s early morning shooting was arrested walking on the street near his home. Jaime David Quintana, 43, was spotted about 8 a.m. walking along a Minturn street not far from where he lived. He was immediately arrested without incident by Eagle County Sheriff’s deputies and taken into custody at the Eagle County jail, said Mike McWilliam, Eagle County Undersheriff. An arrest warrant is being prepared with charges against Quintana of first degree attempted murder and first degree assault, McWilliam said.
