AVON — Hope Flores, a victim advocate at Bright Future Foundation in Avon, has been awarded the Colorado Coalition Against Domestic Violence Purple Ribbon Award for Outstanding Victim Advocate. She accepted the award at the Colorado Advocacy In Action Conference in Vail in June. The conference is a joint effort of the Colorado Coalition Against Domestic Violence and the Colorado Coalition Against Sexual Assault.
