And a lot of local players will be heading into the summer season with all-league honors to their credit.DevilsEagle Valley had three first-team selections — Wade Ticer, Harrison Stevens and Eric Boyd.Ticer pitched and manned first base. On the mound, Ticer sported a 3.82 ERA in the ever-hitter-friendly Western Slope and fanned a team-high 48 batters.
